Chuck Roast is our best cut for your comfort classic, Pot Roast. It demands slow-cooking in moist heat as it typically is a tougher cut of meat. We enjoy ours after it's been slowly cooked in beef broth along with potatoes, carrots, onions and celery. We add simple seasonings such as salt, pepper and garlic. For a deeper, rich flavor, we add in some of our bone marrow bones and bay leaves.
