Our family ranch is located on the banks of the Payette River where three generations of Van Liths have been raising beef cattle for over 70 years. Joe, as a third generation cattleman, has spent his entire life paying attention to detail when it comes to responsibly handling and raising cattle. With a great appreciation for cooking and entertaining his friends and family, being able to transition to producing the highest quality of beef to share with the public came naturally for Joe.
Andy, as well, has a deep love for his friends and family. With real dedication to spending time with and hosting loved ones.
