Beef Oxtail is the standard culinary name used for tail of cattle, sliced at the joints for a more manageable cut of meat. The cut has a joint in the center that is surrounded entirely by meat. Generally, we prefer to use our Oxtail to make: stews, broths and soups. Our personal favorite being a French onion soup
Our Oxtail packages are roughly 2lbs. Sizes may vary a pound or so.
