To ensure that we provide a satisfactory experience, our master butchers have tailored a selection that is sure to please every palate. Our Ribeye's are cut and portioned in: 12oz, 14oz, 16oz, 20oz, and 24oz selections to meet the preference of every customer. Van Lith Ranch steaks are cut into premium 1-inch steaks, conveying each bite to be full of flavor.
